• We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns.
• We do have 15 days money back guarantee for standard size order. But Upcomingowns only accept a complete or partial refund for the items that have problems by us.
• Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration. Any item returned without notifying us will not be exchange.
• Refund would subject to $25 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
• Buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
• Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
• Till you return us an item, you should contact us first to avoid some problems are not necessary. Once we authorize your return, you can send us the item and your refund case will in processing.
• All returns must be received within 7 days. if we not received dress in 7 days, we will can't accept any return.
